I just wanted to send you this as an fyi.  I recently started paperwork to port our fax number from dhk to myfax. When filling out the paperwork I inadvertently put our main number on the form.  Yesterday our main number turned into a fax number.  I’m sure I don’t have to tell you how disastrous that is.  I called David Klein, and he dropped what he was doing to help me.

He immediately got myfax on the phone and started the process to port the number back to dhk.  As you probably know it takes days sometimes weeks to port a number.  David had it switched back in less than a day.

My head would have been on the chopping block for sure, I don’t even want to think what the consequences of not having our phone work for days or weeks.  I don’t know how he did it so fast but I will be eternally grateful.

Please if you need a reference for his voip company, use me!!!!
